Returns policy
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling).

Returning items
Goods ordered may only be returned within the first seven working days for a full product refund, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:
1.1. Goods returned must be received in as new condition.
1.2. The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.
1.3. Carriage costs for despatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility.
1.4. The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.
1.5. All goods must be returned within seven days.
Faulty products in the first 30 days
If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact technical support (cbsoft@cbsoft.cz) for assistance.
If your problem can't be resolved by email the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:
1.6. Return shipping cost are your responsibility. If the item tests faulty as described, we will refund your shipping costs to a maximum of 6.00 Euro.
1.7. The goods remain your responsibility until signed for by us.
1.8. We will offer a refund subject to the following:
1.8.1. If the goods are found to be faulty.
1.8.1.1. We will send you a replacement unit or offer a full refund.
1.8.1.2. We will refund your return shipping costs (6.00 Euro maximum).
1.8.2. If the items are found to be not faulty or incorrectly described:
1.8.3. You are responsible for any collection or return delivery charges incurred
Faulty products after 30 days
If your goods develop a fault after 30 days of delivery we reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Please notify us regarding the fault as soon as possible.
If this unfortunately should happen you can either return the item to the manufacturer or jjtubes.eu though in most cases it is quicker to return the item to the manufacturer directly as they offer product warranties and may be able to offer on-site replacements or next day exchanges.
Manufacturers' warranty
Subject to the provisions included in this agreement (see in particular conditions 2), no warranty is provided by NetTechShop.co.uk for any goods sold by it. However, in most cases individual manufacturers provide warranty protection for their goods, details of which will be provided by the manufacturer on request.
It is your responsibility to register the goods under the manufacturer's warranty and CBsoft shall have no liability to you if you fail to register them properly. |
