Shipping, payment

Your order will be carefully packed (usually in a sturdy box with bubble wrap) to minimize the risk of damage.

Delivery charge:

  • Shipping from €9.90, including VAT. Final shipping costs depend on the destination country and package weight.

The delivery is performed with the carrier "Slovak Post" via standard post parcel or via the Packeta service. Post ofice: If nobody is present to receive the delivery, the postman leaves a note, telling that the delivery can be received at the local post office within usually 7 days.
Packeta: delivery via contracted local carriers – courier service.

We will add a paypal fee of 3.5% to the payment If you want to pay via PayPal, please write us the info in the note. I will send you an invoice plus the indicated transaction fee and we will send the payment details.

2. EU standard bank transfer

  • Payment by credit or debit card via the GP Webpay payment gateway – €0 fee
  • Payment based on a pro forma invoice – payment in advance; the goods will be shipped after the payment has been received in our bank account – €0 fee
